Yes, it is possible via both an Audit file and via Microsoft Excel, to read an export of your accounting into Speedbooks.

Yes, you can select the 'Classify as' option per administration via 'Edit administration'.

This allows you to take over the classification from another administration.

When creating an administration, it is possible to indicate that the data is refreshed when the administration is opened.

Existing graphs can be adapted to: line/bar/pie diagrams. In addition, the colors and the series to be displayed can be specified via the graph settings (icon with 3 dots).

You can add your own graphs via the 'Add widget' option. These can be built up from all elements of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account.

Yes, you need Microsoft Excel to generate our reports.

Yes, this is possible, you can enable this module within your subscription.

All reports created via Speedbooks Online are automatically downloaded as an Excel file.

These can be freely edited and completely adjusted to your own wishes.

Custom reports can be uploaded again as additional reporting templates in Speedbooks Online.

Yes, this free app is available via the Appstore (IOS users) and via the Playstore (Android users).

Here you can also view the online dashboard and save documents.

Speedbooks Online is a complete web application and can be accessed via any standard web browser. To edit the standard reports, it is necessary that Microsoft Excel for Windows is installed on the system.

For Apple users, this means that a utility with a separate Windows environment is required for proper operation. Ask the system administrator for solutions.

Please note that there is a chance that Excel can automatically start printing when a print preview is created. This can be avoided by generating an xlsx file or removing the print view from the macro.

To achieve this, the Start Date will first have to be adjusted. Please note that the start date will remain at 01-01 unless you need to work with a broken financial year.

Don't forget to click on the 'Save' button afterwards, so that Speedbooks® also saves the data. After this is done, we see the dashboard. Then click on the menu and select 'Edit company'.

Then click on the 'Financial data' option. And then set the 'From period' to the correct period that needs to be read, also do this with the 'To period'. After this has been done, all data can be read using the 'Read data' button.

If all goes well, this period can now be selected when generating the report or on the Dashboard.

A user is someone who can update the figures, adjust/set up the dashboard and run reports.

A viewing account can view what a user has prepared, both the dashboard and documents placed under the documents tab.

Each additional administration has a free viewing account.

You can upgrade your subscription via settings. Via the subscription tab you can expand your license with users, administrations and modules.
