Reliable and accessible

Lume Paulusma (1956) entered military service in 1978 after completing secondary vocational education. In 1983 he got his first job in financial administration at the Navy in Den Helder. Figures turned out to be his passion, so he followed studies in addition to his work (PD, MBA, SPD), after which he was able to switch to accountancy. Lume loves new challenges and has sought them alternately in accountancy and business. At the end of the 1990s he started his own business with FMAP (Financial Management & Advice Bureau Paulusma). In January 2001 came his biggest challenge, namely reorganizing a large bailiff's office that was in financial trouble. After completing the job in 3 months, that office asked him to take over as financial director. Ultimately, Lume bought in and after almost 8 wonderful years he took on a new challenge with the acquired capital. And that was Speedbooks.

Founder, creator and shareholder of Speedbooks reporting software, Konstantin Mikes (1966) is a graduated economist. He studied Economics at the leading Erasmus University in Rotterdam. At Speedbooks he is responsible, among other things, for the substantive development of the reporting software, and he manages the internal developers and external developers.
